Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day running of a centre for an industry leading client. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities:

Support the Centre Manager in daily operations

Lead and motivate staff

Ensure high standards of service and compliance

Handle customer enquiries and issues
About you:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Organised, proactive, and customer-focused

Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred

Experience within an automotive environment is preferred
Hours:
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Pay:
Annual salary is between £29k - £34k. Garage bonuses are available.
