Hours:Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 100% office based - own transport essential due to location
Annual Leave: 25 days per year, rising annually after 3 years of service (up to 7 years). Bank holidays in addition. Offices close between Christmas and New Year

This role is ideal for someone with Financial Services experience who enjoys a client‑facing environment and thrives in a busy, detail‑focused setting.

The Role
Working closely with a team of Financial Advisers, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining client files and accurately updating client records
Collating and preparing client information
Producing illustrations, calculations, and supporting documentation
Ensuring all new business is processed compliantly and within agreed timeframes
Managing pipeline business from start to completion
Liaising daily with third parties, paraplanners, and internal colleagues
Providing day‑to‑day support to advisors, including email and phone communication, task reminders, and client liaison
Preparing for client meetings and completing all follow‑up actions
Producing ad hoc reports and responding to client queriesThe Person
This role would suit a confident, professional individual who is highly organised and enjoys working in a client‑focused environment.
Key requirements include:
Confidence in dealing with colleagues, clients, and third parties with complete discretion
Financial Services experience (highly beneficial)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem‑solve effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and broader Office applications
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceBenefits & Additional Information
