Required background: Housebuilding

In this role, you will help contribute to the design and delivery of new developments. Working across multiple stages of the technical design process within the in-house consultancy, you’ll assist in turning concepts into implementation, gaining valuable experience at every stage.
Skills & Knowledge

Civil Engineering degree (desirable) or equivalent professional experience.

Experience assisting as an Engineer within a consultancy or a housebuilder’s in-house design team.

Ideally MICE Chartered or Incorporated (with full support available to help achieve this).

Proven ability to help produce detailed designs for infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external works in housing developments.

Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PDS, and FLOW (or similar) to assist in design and delivery.
