Job Title: Warehouse Checker / Stock Controller
Location: Redditch
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 – 17:30 or 10:00 – 18:00
HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Checker / Stock Controller for our client based in Redditch.
The main duties include:

Checking outbound orders to ensure accuracy before despatch

Checking goods in against paperwork and system records

Running rolling stock takes across all warehouse locations

Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies

Re-working pallets or stock where required

Occasional picking from floor locations

Offloading handball containers when required

Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and housekeeping

Working closely with warehouse supervisors and administration teams
Experience and skills needed for the role:

Previous warehouse experience essential

Experience in stock control, checking, or inventory management highly desirable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work methodically and follow procedures

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and consistent

Able to work independently and as part of a team
