The purpose of the role is:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate Real Estate management. We are recruiting a Engineering Administrator to join the team located at Cramlington. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of administration duties in support of the site CMMS system, Engineering Department and Safety Department.
You will support the Engineering department with general admin and maintain the site CMMS system. The CMMS system is the site maintenance management system which uses Maintenance plans, work orders and Tasks lists. The role includes inputting and creating of these items, making changes as requested by site and 2nd checking of colleague's work. The candidate will be working in a large office environment with the client and will be helping with general administration queries, liaising with departments around the site and must be able to work to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Inputting of SAP change requests.
2nd checking of colleagues work within SAP.
Support site and project teams with SAP requests.
Maintain CMMS tracker.
Archival and Retrieval of CMMS/Engineering documentation. Maintain Engineering documents within allocated area's in Lektriever and Archive Store.
SOP Admin.
Completion of Engineering monthly reports.
Ordering stationery and raising purchase orders.
Perform administration tasks for Engineering department.
Perform administration tasks for Safety & Environment department, including but not limited to Process Safety Management and Sustainability.
Maintain site Contractor management system, E-permit system and the administration of.
Complete face to face inductions with Contractors.
Administration of Quality Risk assessment system.
Support audits on site
