We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership team at our flagship site in Andover. This is a high-volume venue with up to 250 covers, offering a fast-paced, rewarding environment where you can develop your management skills while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Assistant Restaurant Manager – What We’re Looking For:

A confident and motivated supervisor or assistant manager from a branded, full-service restaurant background

Experience supporting financial controls such as stock, labour, and cost management

A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing FOH and BOH teams

Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction

A proactive team player who leads by example and supports the wider management team

Someone adaptable and positive, able to support change and continuous improvement
Assistant Restaurant Manager – The Essentials:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality

Hands-on BOH experience and comfortable in the kitchen

Experience in high-volume or branded restaurant environments (preferred)

A full UK driving licence (due to site location)
