About the Role
Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for a Warehouse Operative to be a key part of our Dublin team, representing proAV, supporting day-to-day operations of the warehouse through assisting with the intake of goods, picking items for deliveries and managing returns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities and specifications against delivery notes and purchase documentation, and report any discrepancies promptly.

Accurately capture and record serial numbers, MAC addresses, and other asset identifiers to support asset tracking and inventory management systems.

Safely unload and load delivery vehicles using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or inconsistencies, and escalate issues in line with company procedures.

Process returns efficiently, including documentation, inspection, and coordination with relevant internal teams or suppliers.

Sort, label, and store equipment in designated warehouse locations to maintain an organised, accessible, and secure storage environment.

Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch, ensuring accuracy, correct labelling, and readiness for shipping.

Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and organisation, including adherence to safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.

Carry out deliveries to client sites as required, ensuring timely, secure, and professional handling of equipment and accurate completion of delivery documentation.

Basic IT or record-keeping skills – Comfortable using simple systems or paperwork to log items and follow processes.

A valid counterbalance forklift license is required for this role.

As the role includes deliveries to client sites, a clean full driving license is required for this role.
