Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Letchworth GC
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am-6pm
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Our rapidly growing client based in Letchworth Garden City are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidate must be willing to get stuck into demanding challenges, and ensure a smooth running of shopfloor operations.
Main duties as a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Complete hands-on duties including picking & packing customer orders, loading & unloading deliveries, quality checking products etc.
- Ensure daily targets and KPI's are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
- To work closely with other shopfloor supervisors and Warehouse Manager, reporting any issues across the board
- Supervising a team of 10-15 warehouse members
What's required as a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Previous experience working within a Warehouse & Logistics environment
- Previous experience supervising a team
- Having a good understanding of meeting tight deadlines and KPI's
- Physically fit and able to get stuck into demanding challenges
- Open to long term opportunities
