Overview
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a busy construction site based in Inverness city centre. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), although we are open to discussing full-time hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Document control, including managing drawings and site documentation
General site administration duties
Ordering PPE and site supplies
Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
Printing and distributing drawings
Maintaining online and electronic filing systems
Reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing site communications
About You
Previous experience in site administration or a similar admin role is preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident with IT systems, online filing, and document management
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
