Job Description:
Know How Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily operations of a fast-paced warehouse environment.
You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, high safety standards, and strong performance against targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff

Plan shifts and allocate tasks based on workload

Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations

Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

Investigate and resolve stock or shipment discrepancies

Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Use WMS and liaise with other departments as required
Shift Pattern: 7am–7pm, 4 days out of 7 ( 1 in 3 weekends)
Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Experience with WMS and inventory control

Knowledge of health & safety best practices

Forklift licences: Reach
