Location: Waltham Cross, Herts
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including Sundays), 45 hours per week
Shift Times: 7pm – 5am (flexibility may be required)
Salary: £31,000 – £33,500 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are a family-run business looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact on the shop floor, leading and supporting a team of 20+ operatives. You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, ensuring targets are met, and service levels are delivered.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing daily warehouse operations including goods in, storage, and dispatch
Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
Managing stock levels, carrying out regular checks, and reducing discrepancies
Ensuring health & safety standards are always met
Working with quality control to maintain high product standards
Keeping equipment safe and well-maintained
Producing accurate reports on stock and performance
Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Driving process improvements to boost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in warehouse management (chilled FMCG experience preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Confident using warehouse management systems and MS Office
Great communication and interpersonal skills
