Our client is looking to recruit a Vulnerable Customer Specialist to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working on a 3:2 split.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Vulnerable Customer Specialist, you will:

Be responsible for handling challenging, emotive and sensitive cases, often dealing with vulnerable customers.

Answer inbound calls from customers, using empathy and listening skills to build trust.

Liaise with customers to ensure that cases are resolved in line with organisational standards and industry regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Our client is looking for someone who has strong experience working with vulnerable customers within Utilities, Financial Services or Banking.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner and a proactive approach.
