Our client based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will:-
- Oversee a small team of warehouse operatives
- Responsible for the day to management of the warehouse
- Allocating work to the team
- Purchasing materials
- Ensuring products as made to order and specification
- Stock control and conducting stock takes
- Ensuring health & safety best practice
- Ensuring an efficiently run warehouse & workshop operation.
Skills required
To be considered for the Warehouse Supervisor position, you will have:-
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience
- Will have strong leadership skills
- Be highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Hold a valid forklift licence
