Position: Contract Coordinator/Document controller
Location: Leeds
Client: My client has become a leading specialist in the building envelope, in particular roofing/building. They have a full order book and are expanding around the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a Contract Coordinator to work alongside the Director & Supporting contract team
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Director and contract team in day to day duties
- Preparing documentation
- Completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for clients
- Updating of Accreditation information on client portals
- Issuing Method Statements & Risk Assessment to site
- Maintaining training records, toolbox talks and Health and Safety Information.
- Leasing with client pre commencement to site
- Liaising with site contacts to ensure they are ready for our installers.
- Maintenance of Quality systems.
- Using in house systems to complete jobs & getting paperwork ready for invoicing.
- General Office Duties
Experience
- Experience within construction.
- Multi skilled in all Microsoft office products
- Full clean driving licence
- Good general computer skills
- Professional attitude and ability to operate without supervision
