We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned main contractor delivering a 300-apartment, high-quality residential scheme across two 10+ storey towers in Leeds.
The contractor has a strong 5 year pipeline of BTR and Student Accommodation projects, with values up to £100m.
Role Overview:
Reporting to a Senior QS on site, duties will include:

Managing subcontract packages

Handling variations
-
Assisting with cost forecasts

Supporting valuations and commercial reporting

General QS duties on a live site
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Residential / BTR / Student Accommodation experience preferred but not essential

Strong subcontract and commercial knowledge
