Administration Support - Parts
Swindon
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch breaks
Full Time – Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Support - Parts to join our client based in Swindon.
As Group Parts Admin Support, you will be a key member of the operation and will be involved in duties such as, ensuring all parts are loaded and to invoice standard. Receiving, validating, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers. Deal with any customer queries via email promptly. General admin duties.
You need to be proactive, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, be engaged with training.
Our client is looking for someone with a proven experience in a Service & Parts role with a dealership (car or commercial). They are looking for someone pro-active, excellent communications skills, enthusiastic and a dynamic personality.
