Customer Service Advisor
Bury | Up to £28,000
We’re recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team in Bury. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a high level of service via phone, email and live chat, while also supporting key administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues within agreed timescales
Processing changes of tenancy and setting up customer contracts accurately
Managing shared inboxes and maintaining up-to-date customer records
Liaising with customers, brokers and third parties
Producing accurate documentation and supporting general admin tasks
About You:
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and good IT skills (MS Office, Excel)
Able to prioritise, multitask and work well in a team
Flexible and customer-focused
