Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Cyber Security

Hourly Rate: £14.83ph
Working Pattern: Full Time (36 hours PW)
Hybrid working: Minimum 40% office attendance - (2 days per week) - flexibility required.
Start date: ASAP pending SC clearance
End date: End of March 2026 - very very likely ongoing extension for a long term role.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cyber Security team and wider division.
Manage general queries through MS Teams, telephone, in-person, and email.
Oversee team email inboxes, acknowledge, assign, and organise emails efficiently.
Process official building passes for authorised access to our facilities.
Maintain and update staff security records accurately and securely.
Assist with note-taking and drafting for various meetings and projects.This role not only allows you to contribute to vital security efforts but also equips you with essential skills for your professional development.
