In this role, the successful Semi-Skilled Operative would be responsible for supporting the workshop team, carrying out essential duties that keep the operations moving. The ideal Semi-Skilled Operative would have a relevant level 3, and a want a career within engineering and defence.
The Role:
Carry out work to the required standard and specification as detailed on job cards
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and local processes
Maintain tools and workshop equipment in good serviceable order
Report any faults or issues promptly to your supervisor
Support the workshop team with additional duties as requiredThe Person:
Level 3 in a relevant engineering or similar qualification.
