Key Responsibilities

Act as a professional first point of contact for existing and prospective clients

Confidently manage and convert enquiries into instructions, including discussing and agreeing appropriate fee packages

Provide digital dictation support

Produce high-quality legal documentation, correspondence, and file management with exceptional attention to detail

Collate, prepare, and manage Employment Tribunal bundles to a high standard

Confidently use Adobe to compile, edit, and organise complex legal documentation

Manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments
About You

Strong previous experience within a legal environment is essential, ideally within Employment Law or a similar practice area

Confident, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role

Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
