We’re looking for a proactive Pre‑Construction Project Engineer to help shape and prepare our projects from day one. You’ll review designs, support procurement, coordinate surveys and testing, and develop early delivery plans that set our schemes up for success. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and bringing structure to complex projects, this role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Location: Hampton (with travel to London sites)
Key Responsibilities
- Review design deliverables for compliance
- Support procurement with technical reviews and tender assessments
- Coordinate pre‑construction surveys, testing and inspections
- Prepare documentation for client approvals and governance
- Act as a technical interface with clients
- Support smooth handover into delivery
- Provide technical input into programmes and planning activities
About You
- HND/HNC in MEICA Engineering (BEng/MEng desirable)
- Experience in construction/engineering in Water/Wastewater
- SMSTS and CSCS
- Strong communication, organisation and commercial awareness
- IT‑proficient, proactive and collaborative
