This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, proactive individual who enjoys being at the heart of a busy customer focused environment. You will be joining a friendly, supportive team where collaboration, attention to detail and great service really matter.
The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working closely with customers, logistics and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The Role:
- Handling and processing customer orders via phone and email
- Supporting stock control and investigating delivery discrepancies
- Responding to customer and end-user product and service enquiries
- Assisting with claims and technical administration
- Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with logistics, warehouse and internal sales teams
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across customer accounts
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Confident, professional telephone manner with a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
- Comfortable using systems such as Outlook, Excel and order/CRM systems
- Someone reliable, positive and keen to build a long-term career within a supportive business
