Customer Service - Station Assistant
Location: Oxford Train Station
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Dates: Sunday 1st February to Sunday 8th February
Shifts Available:
Earlies: 6:30am - 14:45pm
Lates: 14:30pm - 22.30pmWe are looking for reliable and flexible individuals to join our team for temporary cover during busy periods. Duties will include:
Supporting customers with alternative travel arrangements
Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
Supporting customers needing assistance
Ensuring the safety of the station environment
Providing a friendly and personable serviceRequirements:
Have a professional, but fun approach to your work.
Be passionate about providing amazing customer service.
Love working as part of a team, but able to work independently too.
Have first class interpersonal skills.
Love the buzz of a busy environment, be able to keep your cool under pressure.
