We are currently looking for well-qualified HCAs with mental health and critical care experience for ongoing agency placements that offer regular, consistent shifts, similar to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality personal and clinical care to service users

Supporting individuals with mental health conditions, complex needs, and critical care requirements

Assisting with daily living activities in line with care plans

Working closely with nursing and senior care staff

Maintaining dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times
Essential Requirements

Minimum 6–12 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

Proven experience in mental health settings

Experience handling critical care, complex needs, or high-dependency patients

Confident working in challenging or specialist care environments

Right to work in the UK (British / ILR / Dependent visa)

Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
