Job Description:
We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Newton Aycliffe. This is a hands-on role requiring the use of hand tools and a strong attention to detail, working as part of a production team.
Key Responsibilities

Using hand tools to assemble and install components

Installing air ducts, windows, and damp proofing systems

Fitting cable trays, bolts, and fixings

Working to quality standards

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently

Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:

Previous experience using hand tools (essential)

Backgrounds such as automotive manufacturing, kitchen fitting, shop fitting, or similar installation/assembly roles are highly desirable

Ability to work accurately and follow instructions

Strong work ethic and reliability
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
Pay Rate:
£12.96 per hour
