Business Support Assistant / Administrator
Location: Buckinghamshire (office-based)
We are working with a professional services firm based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to appoint a Business Support Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and is keen to develop their career within business support.
This is a full-time, office-based role, with some flexibility to work from home on occassion if required.
The Role
The Business Support Assistant will provide a high standard of administrative and operational support to the wider office, including senior stakeholders. The role is varied and will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Office Manager, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Assisting with the preparation of documentation and professional correspondence

Supporting new client onboarding processes, including engagement documentation and relevant checks

Maintaining and updating internal databases and records

Administration of banking and compliance-related documentation

Providing administrative support for internal and external events

Diary management and personal support for senior stakeholders as required

Supporting colleagues across the office and providing cover where needed to meet deadlines

Managing meeting room set-up, preparation and clear-down

Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Preparing and submitting expense claims when requested

Copying, printing and scanning documentation

Managing incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries

Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Candidate Profile

Flexibility to work additional hours when required
This role would suit an established administrator who is keen to progress into a PA or senior support role as the business continues to grow
