Our client in Bognor Regis is seeking a General Operative to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and are looking to develop new skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with mechanical assembly and production tasks using basic hand tools (training provided)

Manual handling, lifting and moving parts (lifting equipment is provided)

Completing basic documentation

Supporting colleagues and maintaining a tidy, safe work area
What We’re Looking For

Reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude

Comfortable with physical/manual work

Willing to learn new processes and develop new skills

Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is beneficial but not essential

Ideally based locally to Bognor Regis or able to commute

- Monday – Friday (Day shift)
Pay
- £13.00 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
