Are you a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference? We are currently recruiting talented SEN teachers, Learning Support Assistant and Teaching Assistants for schools across the Chesterfield area with an immediate start.
About the Role:
You will be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The role involves:
Delivering and supporting in tailored lessons and support plans
Working closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
Monitoring and assessing student progressWhat We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent TA qualification
Experience or strong interest in Special Educational Needs education
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
