We are recruiting compassionate and reliable care assistants to support vulnerable individuals in a caring, respectful, and people-centered environment. Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users

Assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility

Supporting service users with meals, hydration, and medication (where trained)

Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times

Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users’ physical or emotional wellbeing
-
Building positive, trusting relationships with service users and colleagues
-
Following care plans, policies, and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
-
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Up-to-date care certificates and mandatory training (or willingness to refresh/update)

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential

A caring, patient, and empathetic nature

Good communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults
Working Hours
Flexible shifts available, including:

Early shifts: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Afternoon shifts: 2:00pm – 8:00pm

Long days: 8:00am – 8:00pm

Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am
