The Warehouse Operative role:
You are responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts, to support receiving, storing, loading, picking and distribution of goods. This role ensures smooth warehouse workflow, adherence to safety standards, and timely handling of products to a high standard. Duties include:
Inventory Management - Reporting low stock levels, damages, missing items to supervisors.
Loading & Unloading - Loading & Unloading vehicles, verifying orders/shipments against delivery documentation and reporting discrepancies. Securing loads properly.
General Warehouse duties - Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
Work independently and manage time effectively against targets.
Pre-shift inspections and immediately reporting any safety hazards
Uphold our company's standards and deliver products of unmatched excellence.
Champion cleanliness and organisation, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment that fuels our productivity.
Collaborate closely with your team to meet and exceed production targets and deadlines.
Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations
What you’ll need to join us as an Warehouse Operative:
Valid forklift license -essential
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to perform additional warehouse tasks as needed.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.
