Location: Langport, Somerset
Salary & Benefits: £24,800 PA

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. The company offers flexi time around the core hours of 10am - 3pm.

The Role:
This position is ideal for someone organised, detail‑focused, and eager to gain insight into the operations of a fast‑paced professional environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the legal, accounting, and administrative teams with tasks such as client onboarding, document handling, billing processes, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Prepare new client files, support onboarding, and complete ID checks
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and correctly stored
Maintain electronic files, update registers, and assist with archiving/closure
Draft and issue client bills
Handle reception duties: answering calls professionally and greeting visitors
Manage daily post: opening, scanning, distributing, and sending
File all documents into the case management system
Maintain secure storage of client documents, updating registers and assisting with retrievalsRequirements:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational/time‑management skills
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
Reliable, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
Positive, proactive team player
Full clean driving licence
