Start Date: Monday 26th January - Ongoing
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday (may be part time after week 1)
We are seeking a cheerful and professional Temporary Receptionist to join a dynamic team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
What You'll Do:
Greet visitors with a warm smile and assist them with their inquiries. 😊
Answer phone calls and manage appointments effectively.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Collaborate with the automotive team to support operations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus!
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology is a bonus! 🔧
