Customer Solutions Advisor
Location – East Manchester
Salary: Up to £28,000
Axon Moore are currently partnering with a leading Logistics business based in Trafford Park, looking to appoint a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
We are looking for a confident individual who can build and maintain external relationships who is also experienced in a similar role and possesses strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding.
Daily Duties:
Acting as the main contact for a portfolio of clients
Managing logistics activity from quote to delivery, including tracking and issue resolution
Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service
Monitoring service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
Keeping clients informed on shipment progress, changes, and delays
Handling customer queries and escalations professionally
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Identifying opportunities to improve service and support account growth
Supporting new client onboarding and handover
Attending client meetings, site visits, and Teams calls
About You:
2 years’ + experience within a similar role
A strong understanding of logistics processes within a freight forwarding environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on relationship management
The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
