About the Role
I am recruiting a experienced Night Supervisor to oversee our inbound and outbound freight operations, including pick, pack, and dispatch activities within a fast paced warehouse. This role requires a leader who can maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy, and service while operating with full autonomy on site during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise night-shift warehouse teams across inbound, outbound, pick/pack, and dispatch.
- Maintain full operational oversight and autonomous decision-making for the site during night hours.
- Ensure all pharmaceutical products are handled in line with GDP/GMP, temperature-controlled, and security requirements.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Follow through on operational actions, ensuring all processes remain compliant.
- Drive productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.
- Provide detailed and accurate handover reports.
- Support coaching, training, and development of staff.
- Maintain site safety, security, and incident management.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks, audits, and system updates.
- Manage replenishment activities and ensure inventory is stored correctly.
- Oversee stock control processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce discrepancies.
- Work closely with Logistics Planning and the Logistics team on vehicle coordination and requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory experience in logistics
- Strong understanding of temperature-controlled logistics.
- A strong communicator with proven follow-through.
- Confident, autonomous decision-maker.
- Fully flexible within a Sunday–Thursday night-shift structure.
- Competent with WMS systems and reporting tools.
