Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 100% office based - own transport essential due to location
Annual Leave: 25 days per year, rising annually after 3 years of service (up to 7 years). Bank holidays in addition. Offices close between Christmas and New Year

Private Medical Insurance: Available after 1 year of serviceAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Admin Assistant to join a highly successful and well‑established firm near Cranbrook. The successful candidate will become part of a fast-paced, supportive team and act as the first point of contact for clients visiting the office or calling by phone. A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude will certainly work well in this role.

As Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, preparing refreshments, and setting up meeting rooms
Acting as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for clients
Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office administration
Updating and maintaining internal databases and filing systems
Preparing letters, managing diaries, and arranging client appointments
Putting together meeting packs
Ensuring electronic filing systems remain well organised
Managing all incoming and outgoing post
Arranging travel or meeting logistics when required
Supporting the onboarding process for new clientsThe ideal candidate will:
Be organised, tidy, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Have a professional, friendly telephone manner
Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills
Be discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
Be proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing priorities
Have strong IT skills; experience with CRM systems is desirableBenefits and additional information
