Are you an experienced Catering Assistant looking for a rewarding role within a primary school?
We are working with a popular primary school in Dartford to recruit a School Catering Assistant for a temporary, long-term position.
Role Details:
Hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Excellent opportunity to work around childcare commitments
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with food preparation
Setting up for lunchtime service
Serving pupils and staff
Cleaning and disinfecting tables, chairs, and kitchen appliances
Supporting food preparation for the following day
General kitchen cleaning duties
Requirements:
Previous catering experience
Food Hygiene Certificate
Knowledge of Health & Safety and food hygiene (essential)
Experience in a school kitchen is advantageous
Must hold an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
