Position: Practise Assistant
Location: Marylebone
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Clinic Hours: 8am - 8pm (shift patterns)
Work Environment: Fully office based
What You'll Do:
As a practise Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
Supporting our audiologists with administrative tasks and patient follow-ups
Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised, and welcoming for all visitors
Handling phone inquiries and providing information about our servicesWhat We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools
