Ready to join us?#LI-EJ1 #LI-HybirdThis is the jobAs a Associate Product Manager, you’ll support the ongoing delivery of products that meet FCA requirements and are clear and easy for customers to understand, which sit firmly within the AA’s risk and governance framework. This is a great opportunity to build experience in a regulated environment with the support of experienced colleagues.You’ll work with data to help assess how our products are performing, support updates to terms and conditions, and assist with the review and approval of marketing materials to ensure they are accurate, compliant and customer‑focused. You’ll also have the chance to share insights and findings with stakeholders across the business, helping to develop your confidence in communicating product decisions and recommendations.What will I be doing?Preparing product and governance packs for regular forums, including Product MBRs, underwriter forums and the Consumer Duty dashboard, supporting the Senior Product Manager with monthly data collationCo‑ordinating product governance updates and actions by tracking deadlines, chasing inputs, and maintaining a regularly circulated governance calendarManaging and continuously updating the live product register to ensure information remains accurate and up to dateSupporting the preparation of annual product reviews by maintaining schedules, submission trackers, outcomes, guidance and follow‑up actionsMaintaining product terms and conditions, including managing the change log and supporting the end‑to‑end process from initial draft through to fulfilmentSupporting audit preparation by co‑ordinating content for customer, internal and external audits, and liaising with relevant teams across the businessEnsuring products continue to meet all regulatory requirements by carrying out ongoing reviews and identifying opportunities for future improvementsBuilding trusted relationships across the business to help identify changes early and support the introduction of new or improved processesWhat do I need?Experience in a similar product, governance, compliance or regulated business role is essential, with exposure to FCA‑regulated environments, product controls, governance forums, or Consumer Duty requirementsAbility to apply structured decision‑making and problem‑solving approaches, producing clear, credible and well‑considered recommendations in complex situationsExcellent communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing to a wide range of stakeholdersStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to analyse information and present insights clearly and confidently to different audiencesGood understanding of business processes and the importance of governance, risk management and brand reputation in a regulated organisationHighly developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement from data and feedbackProactive approach to continuous improvement, with evidence of supporting or delivering positive change that benefits both customers and commercial outcomesCollaborative and motivated team player, able to share insights, support colleagues and take ownership of work to ensure successful deliveryAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
