Pay: £95-£115 per day

About the Role
A diverse and inclusive Tower Hamlets primary school is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with a Year 2 pupil who requires structured behavioural and emotional support within a mainstream classroom.
In this Behaviour Support Assistant role, you will support regulation strategies, implement behaviour plans, and provide consistent one-to-one guidance throughout the school day. The pupil responds well to routine, praise, and calm adult support, and the school has a strong SEN and pastoral framework in place.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant who:
Has experience supporting children with behavioural or emotional needs
Can remain calm and consistent during challenging moments
Understands positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation
Works well as part of a wider SEN and pastoral team
