We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Norwich warehouse and support high-quality, fast-paced events and experiential projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining team leadership, operational oversight, and logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations: goods in/out, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and consumables

Oversee inventory accuracy, stock tracking, and kit preparation for projects

Plan and coordinate logistics for project deliveries, collections, and vehicle schedules

Lead, develop, and schedule warehouse and logistics teams

Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics planning

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Hands-on, proactive, and process-focused approach

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Experience in experiential, events, or project-based environments is a plus

Forklift licence and IOSH qualification desirable
Salary & Benefits:
