Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator / Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services who loves supporting clients, managing processes, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
As a key part of our client support team, you will:

Manage all stages of the client financial planning journey

Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact

Prepare client reports, meeting packs, and follow‑up documentation

Liaise with advisers, clients, and providers to keep everything moving smoothly

Maintain accurate client data and ensure compliance standards are met

Prepare and track applications, forms, and review documents

Support diary and workflow management for advisers

Help develop and improve internal processes
What We’re Looking For

Experience in financial planning/wealth management or similar

Highly organised, accurate and methodical

Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Comfortable working in a small, supportive team

Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, financial planning software)

Professional, presentable, and client-focused
