Tendering Admin
An initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, based in Ellon supporting the company’s electrical customer service team.
Key Responsibilities

Taking technical reports and supplier prices and generating customer quotation for approvals.

Updating our CRM with status of quote.

Tracking the status of quotes in the system.

Working with customer support team & operations team to pro-actively push for information to allow quotes to be completed.
Skills and Experience

Experience using D365 and MS Office (particularly Word & Excel).

IT Savvy.
-
Some experience working with quotes (desirable)

Proactive and a quick learner
