Job Title: Apprenticeship Performance Manager
Location: Home / Field based - Must be flexible with travel across London/Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas
Salary: up to £45,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Type: Full Time, Contract (12 months)
The Role:
Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
Lead, manage and motivate a team of Early Years Assessor's, to achieve: sustained high performance, and quality of delivery in line with our client's standards and Apprenticeship strategy.
To be responsible for financial management; ensuring spend/profit is monitored and in alignment with agreed budgets e.g. staffing, resource allocation, operational expenditure.
Work in partnership with the Quality team, ensuring Assessors are compliant and maintaining quality standards.
Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.
Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviews and ensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of managing and motivating a team of Assessor's delivering on Apprenticeship Standards, within Early Years or Business Services sectors.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths, or GCSE equivalents.
Excellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle
