Morgan McKinley is looking for a Accounts Assistant to join a well established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area on a hybrid basis. The Finance Assistant job, will be working as part of the finance team supporting with raising sales invoices, credit notes, and issuing client statements etc.
Salary: £27K
Location: Hybrid working - Brighton office 3 days a week
Finance Assistant duties:
Processing of invoices and credit notes
Sending out statements
Respond to fiance queries and issues relating to Accounts Receivable
Process invoices and respond to requests
Check and update balances Skills and experience:
Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, sales ledger / credit control etc.
Good IT, using systems such as Sage
Excellent communication skills
