Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of food and beverage manufacturing? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our dynamic team in High Wycombe!
What You'll Do:
Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of our delicious finished products.
Manage automated methods and temperatures, ensuring efficient and smooth manufacturing processes.
Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet our production schedules.
Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide vital information and feedback.
What You'll Need:
Basic Maths and English skills to ensure accuracy in your work.
A strong desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training-your growth is important to us!
The ability to work independently as well as part of our small but mighty team.
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude to adapt to various tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy-every little bit counts!
Physical fitness to lift and move weights of up to 25kgs.
A valid right to work in the UK.

Competitive hourly rate starting from £14.63.
Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern: 38.75 hours per week (Week 1: 5.45am - 2pm, Week 2: 1.45pm - 10pm).
