Job Title: Estimating Administrator

About the Role
Our client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Estimating Administrator to join their busy Estimating Department. This is a key support role, working closely with the Estimating Team to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient preparation of estimates and tenders. Your contribution will play an important part in helping the company successfully secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities

Register, log, and manage drawings and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in line with company procedures.

Accurately input data and maintain up-to-date records throughout the estimating process.

Copy, collate, and distribute drawings and BoQs as required.

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to request quotations for various work packages.

Proactively follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quotations and supporting information are received on time.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Estimating Team as required.
Skills & Experience

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confident and professional communicator, comfortable liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with construction or estimating software is an advantage.
