We Build Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in facade construction to support the management of high-rise residential projects in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in managing facades and a focus on ensuring safety, quality, and efficient delivery of high-rise projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of facade projects, including monitoring the progress of work, ensuring quality standards, and managing site resources.

Team Coordination: Work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the site adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support in maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project progression and to address any concerns or issues that arise.

Site Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to the required standards and project specifications.

Reporting & Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate site records, including daily reports, safety checks, and progress updates.

Problem Solving: Support the Site Manager in resolving any on-site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a facade role, with a proven track record in similar positions.

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

CSCS Gold or Black Card (or equivalent) demonstrating appropriate experience in site management.

Previous experience in a very similar role within the facade sector, including working on high-rise residential projects.

Strong knowledge of facade systems such as glazing, cladding, and other facade-related systems, including their installation and quality standards.

High-Rise Residential Experience: Previous involvement in managing or assisting with high-rise residential projects, with an understanding of the unique challenges and safety considerations associated with tall buildings.
