You’ll be the go-to person for customers, helping solve issues, guiding them through snagging or remedial work, and ensuring satisfaction at every step.
Key Responsibilities:

Support customers through their home purchase, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Handle public queries related to construction sites and liaise with site teams.

Coordinate contractors and technicians to get work done efficiently with minimal disruption.

Follow up to make sure issues are fully resolved and expectations exceeded.

Manage multiple cases simultaneously while staying organised and professional.

Navigate challenging conversations with empathy, keeping customer satisfaction front and centre.
What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years’ experience in a customer service role.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proven experience managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
