We’re supporting a key productivity and training initiative within NHS England and are looking for a well-rounded NHS generalist to join the team. This is a delivery-focused role supporting high-impact workstreams across workforce, training, and operational improvement – ideal for someone who combines strong programme coordination skills with an understanding of NHS structures and delivery culture.
What You’ll Do:
Provide programme and administrative support to a national training and productivity workstream
Coordinate meetings, actions, and reporting across stakeholder groups
Track progress against key milestones and maintain accurate documentation
Build trusted relationships across operational and clinical leads
Contribute to project planning, delivery tracking, and knowledge sharing Experience required:
Strong NHS experience – ideally across central or regional programmes
Programme and project background
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Able to work independently while coordinating with a wider virtual team
Comfortable engaging with clinical and operational leaders
