Job Description:
As a Procurement Administrator, you will:

Support Senior Buyers in delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement services

Maintain supplier data, raise purchase orders in SAP, and resolve invoice queries
-
Support tender activity, audits, and the management of vendor documentation
-
Work closely with internal teams including Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Marketing
-
Develop into Junior Buyer responsibilities, assisting with sourcing, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier relationship management

Maintain price trackers, project trackers, and departmental reports

Undertake other Procurement and project duties as directed
Skills & Experience:
-
Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administrative or procurement-support role

Experience in FMCG or engineering environments preferred

Educated to A Level or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks

Experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) advantageous

Confident liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
